The complete set of equipment consists of furnace body, hot air circulation system, furnace cover lifting mechanism, control cabinet and other systems.
The outer shell of the furnace body is formed by welding plates, the inner refractory layer is made of fiber folded blocks, and the heat preservation layer is also of fiber structure. The heating element is processed into a corrugated shape and installed on the circumference. The furnace body adopts this structure, and the service life is extremely long, up to ten years.
The hot air circulation system is composed of a fan, a fan blade, an air guide plate and a fan tube. The fan is placed on the top of the furnace cover, and the fan blades are made of heat-resistant steel into centrifugal fan blades. The air guide plate and the air guide tube in the furnace are also made of heat-resistant steel, and the furnace gas in the furnace is thermally circulated through the hot air circulation system to ensure the uniformity of the aluminum alloy workpiece heating in the furnace.
The furnace cover lifting mechanism is composed of furnace cover, supporting shaft, shaft support, lifting arm, hydraulic pump, etc. The structure is simple, the lifting speed is fast, and the performance is reliable, so the slam rate is extremely low;
