Zhengzhou IRIS Steel Tempering Furnace Continuous Tempering Furnace is a continuous operation furnace. The workpiece is placed at the entrance of the electric furnace by manual or manipulator. The workpiece passes through the furnace at a constant speed and is heated to the set temperature. At the exit, it falls into the quenching pool to complete the quenching treatment. Work is raised from the pool and into the tempering furnace. In this way, the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering is completed.
1. Zhengzhou IRIS Steel Tempering Furnace Continuous Tempering Furnace Structure
The structure is made of all-fiber aluminum silicate spun silk blankets to make modules into the furnace body. The bottom of the furnace is made of light insulation bricks and heavy refractory bricks. The heating elements are heated by resistance wires and resistance belts. For production, the furnace cover adopts mechanical transmission; the specific configuration is designed and equipped according to customer and furnace temperature requirements.
2.Zhengzhou IRIS Steel Tempering Furnace Continuous Tempering Furnace Preparations
a. Turn on the power switch.
b. After the automatic control device of the instrument is adjusted to be normal, it is allowed to power on and heat up.
c. When the temperature rises, start the fan.
d. When the furnace temperature rises to 850°C, start to drip kerosene (or methanol).
e. After the furnace temperature reaches the required temperature, cut off the power of the furnace and the fan before loading the workpiece. Then close the furnace door tightly, turn on the fan and furnace power, and operate within the range.
f. After the workpiece is out of the furnace, close the furnace cover tightly, continue to move the fan, cut off the power supply of the furnace resistance wire, and drop a small amount of kerosene.
g. When the furnace temperature drops to 850℃, stop dripping kerosene.
h. When the furnace temperature drops to 600℃, stop the fan and cut off the power switch.
