Well-Type Nitriding Furnace For Steel Workpieces Tempering Furnace is a continuous operation furnace. The workpiece is placed at the entrance of the electric furnace by manual or manipulator. The workpiece passes through the furnace at a constant speed and is heated to the set temperature. At the exit, it falls into the quenching pool to complete the quenching treatment. Work is raised from the pool and into the tempering furnace. In this way, the heat treatment process of quenching and tempering is completed.

Preparations before opening the furnace
a. Remove the carbon black in the furnace tank and check the sealing gasket.
b. Check the circulating fan and motor, add grease to the bearing, and pass water through the cooling water jacket.
c. Check the position of the thermocouple and the hydraulic lifting mechanism.
d. Check the titrator, methanol, and kerosene reservoirs.
