Operation Notes:
(1) The working environment requires no inflammable and explosive materials and corrosive gases. It is forbidden to directly pour various liquids and molten metals into the furnace, and always keep the furnace clean.
(2) The furnace temperature shall not exceed the maximum furnace temperature during use, nor shall it work for a long time at the rated temperature. During the experiment, the user is not allowed to leave, pay attention to the change of temperature at any time, if any abnormal situation is found, the power should be cut off immediately, and professional maintenance personnel should overhaul it.
(3) When using, the furnace door should be closed and opened gently to prevent damage to the parts. The crucible tongs should be handled with care when taking samples to ensure safety and avoid damage to the furnace.
(4) Do not open the furnace door when the temperature exceeds 600 degrees. Wait for the temperature in the furnace to cool down naturally before opening the furnace door.
(5) After the experiment is completed, the sample is removed from the heating and the power is turned off. When taking the sample in the furnace, the furnace door should be slightly opened, and the sample should be carefully clamped after the sample has cooled down to prevent burns.
(6) The heated crucible should be transferred to a desiccator for cooling, placed on a buffer refractory material to prevent moisture absorption, explosion, cracking, and then weighed.
(7) When handling the muffle furnace, pay attention to avoid severe resonance, and place it away from inflammable, explosive, water and other items. It is strictly forbidden to lift the furnace door to avoid damage to the furnace door.
The temperature control adopts PID function intelligent instrument, and the thermocouple adopts high-precision thermocouple, which has higher temperature control accuracy and provides accurate data for sintering or testing. The heating elements are all high-quality products and have a longer service life.
