Induction melting furnace features:
The open type furnace body includes: Whirlwind dust removal environmental protection furnace lid and tilting furnace oil cylinder, furnace lid lifting, new induction coil, energy saving yoke, full set of water inlet distributor, imported carbonless hose and so on.
High-insulation induction coil design, coil material is made of high-standard Chinalco luoyang copper, high strength and longer service life.
The furnace body is welded by a rectangular seamless steel structure. The whole structure is simple and sturdy. The furnace platform is knotted with refractory material to protect the steel plate from deformation.
